CONSTRUCTIVE AND TECHNOLOGICAL NEW SOLUTIONS FOR OBTAINING SINGLE ROW RADIAL BALL BEARINGS CAGES
» Abstract. Especially for large-scale productions, even small decrease of material consumptions can have significant results. Such researches claim creativity and are in concordance with durable development concept. The paper presents results of studies oriented towards the decrease of material consumptions for single row radial ball bearings cages. Two groups of solutions are approached. One of them suggests only technological changes and is based on a mathematical model specially conceived. The second one suggests for cages new constructive solutions. These are patented or now being patented.

MECHANO-HYDRAULIC COMPENSATION NETWORKS FOR SYMMETRICAL HYDRAULIC ACTUATORS
» Abstract. The paper presents mathematical models of the principal mechano-hydraulic compensation networks of the symmetrical hydraulic actuators dynamics. The behavior as pass-upward filter of the hydraulic actuators mechanic-hydraulic compensation networks of is highlighted. In the end the mathematical model of the compensated hydraulic actuator is deduced and its dynamic behavior is displayed by numerical simulation.

EXPERIMENTAL RESEARCHES ABOUT OBTAINING OF SOME PARAMETERS FROM THE LASER PROCESSING OF THE METALS
» Abstract. The processing of a metal material using a laser beam assisted by an active gas spray is consisted in bringing the material in the area of its interaction with the focused laser beam. The high electromagnetic energy is transferred into the crystal lattice of the material, releasing a calorific energy in small volumes and in short periods of time. In the paper are presented the researches and experimental results with the respect to the determination of some technological parameters of the laser beam processing of some metallic materials. There are also shown the structural changes that appear during the processing.
THE INFLUENCE GAP TRANSDUCER CONDITIONS UPON THE ELECTRICAL EROSION PROCESSING
» Abstract. The gap transducer conditions have a very important role in electrical erosion processing; because they are the elements through witch the processing is optimized. This paper presents the gap transducer conditions, their dependence on the distance between the electrodes and it is given emphasis to some observations upon the use of these conditions during electrical erosion processing.
A POSSIBLE METHODOLOGY FOR THE ERGONOMIC MAN – MACHINE RELATION RESEARCH
» Abstract. During the last years, the specialists in production management have forgotten the ergonomic principles for work processes optimization, based on the energy consumption economy. This can be a very easy and also chipper method for increasing work productivity and simultaneously with the other production indicators. The paper presents a possible research methodology, an original one, of work systems study from the ergonomic point of view. The main objective that can be attend by applying this methodology is to find a equilibrate man – machine relation (in industry) and to increase the economic indicators for the production characterization. In the end of the paper is demonstrating the feasibility of the proposed method, by the results of the ergonomic optimization of the man - pressing machine system.
